| 2005 | wine by brad cabernet merlot (Cabernet Merlot) There’s nothing better than rich, dark chocolate and dense blackcurrant with a touch of mint rounded out by some stylish French oak. Add a touch of red-berried Merlot to flesh it out and cabernet merlot by brad is hard to beat. With fruit sourced entirely from southern Margaret River vineyards we reckon this is pretty smart stuff. Cab Merlot is classy says brad. Pizza, pasta, beef, lamb or cheese - treat yourself! |
| 2007 | wine by brad semillon sauvignon blanc (Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon) Our Sem Sav has the usual tropical pineapple and passionfruit elements, wrapped up neatly in typical citrus flavours, providing the purrrfect summer cleanser. Cool for cats. The fruit comes from slected vineyards in the northern Margaret River region. This gives us the ability to refine the style (read ‘mess about with’) to take advantage of the tropical, citrus and herbal elements found variously in these varieties throughout the region. Chill it, crack it, chug it – with summer salads and seafood. |
