| Other Details: | Alex opened his tasting room on Labor Day 2004 on his estate of "old-vine" grapes. He currently grows Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet, Syrah, Muscat and Viognier grapes. The wines are of superb quality. The Red Barn's specialty is a "solera" cream sherry. Open Saturdays and Sundays and holidays from 11 a.m.to 6 p.m. weather permitting. Call for weekday appointments. |
